As the inventor, of the action-oriented marketing strategy, she builds lead generation powerhouses. Using a unique strategy for content marketing, she drives meaningful business relationships that build repeatable and scalable value throughout the organization.

Janice is an award-winning marketing and business development entrepreneur focused on financial inclusion, the sharing economy, and bringing technology to the marketplace that “keeps the human.” She cares about building brands that drive value for consumers, governments, and ultimately the global economy.

Getting startups ready

Recently she built the lead generation backbone and digital marketing strategies at AutoFi.io and Primer.ai that improved acquisition opportunities and attracted favorable capital raise prospects. As the marketing lead for CSRware and CloudPrime, she provided marketing and business advisory services resulting in profitable acquisitions.  

Janice served as the SVP of Marketing at Breakaway Funding, LLC. She pioneered a crowdfunding platform for U.S. entrepreneurs providing affordable capital to help start or expand a business or real estate venture. She introduced one of the first debt and equity crowdfunding services and community platform that converta social capital into business capital.

Building and scaling enterprises 

She also led an enterprise-level marketing department at TechSoup, a global technology marketplace. Under her strategic leadership, her team delivered over $3 billion in product sales for Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, Airbnb, and Intuit, to name a few. Her omnichannel expertise combined with skills in all marketing practice areas is informed by data-driven insights that guarantee bottom-line results.

Earlier in her career, Janice was VP Marketing and Business Development – Digital Media Strategist for WebNoggins, LLC, a boutique software, website development, and marketing firm. WebNoggins provided digital marketing services to SMB and Fortune 50 companies. WebNoggins has been one of the fastest-growing social media and technical advisory firms serving global markets also resulted in a favorable acquisition.

Before that, Janice worked in marketing and business development for Hewlett-Packard Financial Services, where she took the equipment lease portfolio from $4MM to $40MM in two years. At TSS Financial, as the VP of Marketing and Sales, Janice helped grow the finance portfolio to $100MM in a sea of giant players.

Giving back

Janice sits on the Board of Directors for Healthy Heroes, LLC, a multimedia entertainment company devoted to providing healthy role models for at-risk youth. She’s interested in supporting entrepreneurs who champion the good for all in a shared market model.

She has been a guest speaker on Social Media at SF State University, John F. Kennedy University, the Institute of Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Robert Half International.

Sea-going adventurist  

Janice’s New England temperament prompted her to take up boogie boarding in the frigid Northern California waters where she smiles from ear-to-ear while riding a, ok, well, maybe a relatively small wave. During COVID, she decided to purchase a 52-foot yacht to use as a home office. She is currently learning to captain her ship and is captivated by sea-going adventurists.

She lives with her family and partner on Mare Island, along with their rambunctious rescue dog Emmi and any animal that crosses her doorstep.
